1. Acceptance

By using Pagivo PDF you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

• You may use Pagivo PDF for personal and commercial purposes.
• You must not upload files you do not have the right to process.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• You must not use the service to process illegal content.

3. Your files

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. We process them solely to deliver the result you requested. Files are deleted immediately after processing is complete. We claim no rights to your content.

4. Ask PDF credits

Ask PDF credits are purchased through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations of these terms.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from use of the service, including data loss from processing errors.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
