- Do tokens expire?
- No. Tokens are added to your account and remain until used.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused tokens may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Tokens that have been consumed are non-refundable.
- What counts as one command?
- One AI command on one document. The command can be a summary, a translation, a data extraction, or a question - each costs 1,000 tokens (€1) regardless of document size or complexity.
- Is payment secure?
- Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers or payment details.
